Nature of the Sample: 741 New York City Residents

This survey was conducted on May 5^th through May 7^th, 2009. 741 residents within New York City were interviewed by telephone. Telephone numbers were selected based upon a list of telephone exchanges from throughout New York City.  The exchanges were selected to ensure that each borough was represented in proportion to its population. The results for the entire survey are statistically significant at ±3.6%. There are 379 baseball fans. The results for this subsample are statistically significant at ±5%. The error margin increases for cross-tabulations.
